EDC is ready to fulfill the conditions of FAS regarding the deal with Schlumberger

A drilling company Eurasia Drilling Company (EDC) is ready to fulfill conditions of FAS, regarding the deal with an oil-service company Schlumberger. The question is in our partner, managing director of EDC A.Djaparidze stated.
“In our country we got used to fulfill any obligations,” he stated, answering the question if EDC is ready to fulfill the requirements of FAS. “In order the deal is accomplished, Schlumberger is to do a deal,” he said.
