International Energy Agency predicts a fall in oil production in Russia by 4% by 2020

By 2020, oil production in Russia may decrease by 3-4%, said the International Energy Agency’s regional director on Russia Marc-Antoine Ile-Mazzega.
Spoken at the Oil and Gas summit of the CIS states-2015, he noted that major Russian oil companies were suffering from lower oil prices, but the devaluation allowed them to compensate for it.
