Non-qualified expenditure of Ukrtransnafta exceeds the financial plan by 160 mln grivna

​The financial plan of Ukrtransnafta PJSC presupposes the excess by 160 mln grivna in the clause “other material expenditure”, delegate, S. Leshcenko, said.

According to him, with the planned 3 mln grivna of “other” expenditure, in fact in March 162 mln grivna were spent. It is connected with the Ukraine’s keeping to pay 75 mln grivna monthly to I. Kolomoisky for keeping oil at the reservoirs of Privat group.

Mr. Leschenko says that the appointed on April 8th temporary acting head of Ukrtransnafta, S. Sukalo, hasn’t started to execute his obligations. The interests of Privat are no defended by N. Parakhotnyak.

On April 8th the supervision council appointed Mr. Sukalo on April 8th, he hasn’t appeared at the office as yet. He was reported to refuse this post under the pressure of the Government. Next day it was clear he didn’t refuse his position.
