Ministry of Energy plans to put sulphur crude oil into separate flow of exports in Q2, 2018. Deputy Minister of Energy K.Molodtsov said.
“We monitor oil quality. I do not see any criticality now. Critical term is Q2, 2018. The term of realization of the project will take 9-12 months, according to Transneft. 2018 is the moment when we are to define if we have critical situation or not.” Molodtsov said.
