Oil price recovers from the “bottom”, but taxes for oil companies still to be increased

The global oil market has pushed away from its "bottom" in January, and now the situation is changing in a positive way. Such an opinion was expressed by the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak.

At the same time, he believes that the present oil market recovery is round the corner. On the air of the Kommersant FM radio Novak pointed out that, in any case, it is believed by the Russian oil companies. As evidence, the Minister cited statistics, according to which the Russian oil companies increased exploration drilling by 5-6% in the first quarter, and operational one by 8%.
