Rusal may place the 2nd issue of panda-bonds for at least 1 bln yuans in May

The volume of the 2nd issue of panda-bonds of Rusal might make up at least 1 bln yuans. The placement will be held within a month, CEO of Rusal, V. Soloviev, said.
