Ministry of Energy opposes increase of oil supplies to China on account of Transneft

Financing of the Rosneft’s project on increase of oil supplies to China and extension of pipeline capacities shouldn’t be carried out on account of Transneft, the Head of the Energy Ministry Alexander Novak stated on Tuesday.
“I think this shouldn’t influence making of tariff decisions by the Federal Tariff Service (in respect of Transneft’s tariffs),” – Novak said.
