BP Azerbaijan suspends operation of oil platform in the Caspian Sea

Today, BP, operator of the project to develop the block of oil and gas fields Azeri-Chirag-Guneshli (ACG), - suspended operation of platform "Western Azeri" for maintenance, the company reports on Thursday.
Under the plan, the oil production from the platform was suspended for about 22 days.
As BP previously said, such works are planned and are part of the normal activities of the company.
