The EC sends questions to SOCAR to study legality of purchase of a share in DESFA by the company

In order to consider the legality of the acquisition of 66% stake in the Greek gas distribution company DESFA by SOCAR, the European Commission has sent questions to the Azerbaijani side and waits for a response.
This was stated by Chairman of the Antimonopoly Committee of the EU Margrethe Vestager.
