Novatek founds “Kola shipyard” in Murmansk region

Novatek founds the company “Kola shipyard” Ltd in the Murmansk region.
This company will be founded to realize the projects in the Murmansk region.
In the Murmansk region Novatek considers a conception of foundation of production capacities for future LNG production projects.
Novatek’s head, L. Mikhelson, in April said that he didn’t plan any investment into the realization of the project of production of gas liquefaction equipment.
Russian equipment for Novatek’s LNG projects might be demanded at the realization of the project of development of the Gydan peninsula.
In October 2014 Novatek gained the right to export LNG from the Gydan peninsula.
