The billionaire, the owner of the "BIN" group, Mikhail Gutseriev stated he had not been interested in buying the shares of "Bashneft" due to lack of money, "Interfax" reports.
"No, I do not want (to participate in the privatization of "Bashneft" - a comment of "Lenta.ru"). No money to buy", - he stated. The businessman added that creating a similar company would be "five times cheaper" than buying shares of the state holding.
