Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz to optimize construction of wells

Due to implementation of pilot project "Technical limits" Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz plans to reduce the time and cost of well construction without compromising safety.

With its number of new and reconstructed wells, Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegaz is one of the leaders among the subsidiaries of Gazpromneft. According to general director of Gazpromneft-Noyabrskneftegz, Pavel Kryukov, the company recently managed to significantly accelerate the construction of wells, whereby the drilling costs were reduced by 20%. Along with this, the nonproductive time of the wells fell several times. "Now we are ready to make a new qualitative leap. According to the forecast, as a result of the implementation of the "Technical limits" project, by the end of 2015, the average time of the wells construction at the company will be reduced by 5%,"- said Pavel Kryukov. At the same time, he said, all operations are performed technologically correctly and the acceleration will take place without compromising safety.
