Samaraneftegaz increases oil and gas production

In the first six months of this year, Samaraneftegaz (a part of Rosneft) increased its gas production by almost 10% as compared with the same period in 2014 to 345.4 million cubic meters. The oil production increased by 4.3% and exceeded the mark of 5.7 million tons.
According to Rosneft, it managed to increase the volume due to successful implementation of the program of geological and technical measures, as well as the shortening of the downtime of wells.
