Irkutsk aluminum plant (IrkAZ), a subsidiary of UC Rusal declined production of primary aluminum by 2.5% to 196,600 tons, and trade aluminum by 2.7% to 199,800 tons. Labor capacity increased by 2.4% to 12.56 tons. Average salary increased by 8% to 42,201 rubles.
