Gazprom opposes disclosure of information on investments

The management of Gazprom has opposed the mandatory disclosure of information regarding the financing of its investment projects.

Such obligations of monopolies are registered in the corresponding draft law, prepared by the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation. The company appealed to the Ministry of Energy with a request to assist to exclude the company from the list of monopolistic structures, which will be obliged to disclose the said data. In addition, the negative review of Gazprom on the draft law was sent to the Ministry of Economic Development.
