Nordgold of Alexei Mordashov has bought 235.727 million global depositary receipts on the market at the average price of $2.9 per piece to the total amount of $683.103 thousand, the company reports.
Transactions took place on September 14-18. As a result, the company has repurchased approximately 8.888 million GDR to the total amount of %25.284 million. Currently 373.142 million of the Nordgold’s shares are issued in circulation. About 90% of the share capital is owned by Mordashov.
