Co-owner of Ruspetro transfers of 3.4% of the company’s shares among its subsidiaries

The President and co-owner of the company Ruspetro Plc Alexander Chistyakov has transferred 3.43% of the oil and gas company’s shares from Wind River Management Limited (WRM) to Bristol Technologies Limited (BTL), which are also under control of the businessman, Ruspetro reports.
