SOCAR may turn away from Baku-Novorossiysk pipeline

The “State-run oil company of Azerbaijan SOCAR may turn away from oil transportation via the Baku-Novorossiysk oil pipeline. Vice-president of SOCAR for processing D.Mamedov said. He took part at the meeting of the Caspian-European Integration Business Club (CEIBC).
According to him, the intergovernmental treaty has expired. However, there is no reason why it shouldn’t start negotiations with Russia on oil pumping on a commercial basis.
