FAS: Gazprom delays the process on the complaint of Rosneft.

Gazprom delayed providing the documents to the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) in the case of Rosneft admission to the gas transport infrastructure project "Sakhalin-2", Igor Artemyev, the head of the department, stated.
Meanwhile, Gazprom deputy chairman Valery Golubev stated that Rosneft and Sakhalin Energy, the operator of the "Sakhalin-2" project (50% plus one share is owned by Gazprom), had reached an agreement for access to the gas pipeline project, RIA Novosti reported.
