Russia. Investments into oil processing to make up 1 trillion rouble

The capacity of the Russian oil processing plants will approximately make up 400 million tons a year by 2020.
Since 2011 there has been constructed and reconstructed 33 large oil processing plants. The capacity makes up more than 1 million ton a year. The capacity of the Russian oil refineries is to increase by 125 million tons a year before 2020, while the depth of processing will go up from 71.3% to 90%.
