EP KMG receives influx of hydrocarbons at exploratory wells of the Rozhkovskoye field

Exploration Production KazMunaiGas (EP KMG) continues to carry out geological exploration at the Rozhkovskoye field of the Fedorovsky block, the company’s press centre reported.

According to press release, spread on Wednesday, in 2013 drilling of three subsalt wells (U-11, U-26 и U-24) at the Rozhkovskoye field of the Fedorovsky block was completed. During the U-11 well testing, an influx of gas at the level of 156 thousand cubic meters per day and gas condensate at the level of 152 cubic meters per day was received. During the U-26 well testing an influx of gas at the level of 239 thousand cubic meters per day and gas condensate at the level of 247 thousand cubic meters per day was received. The third well testing is scheduled in the first six months of 2014.
