Tatneft is eager to supply up to 3 million tons of oil to ESPO, several sources close to the situation tell. One of them claims that Tatneft appealed with such suggestions to Transneft. Another source claims that Tatneft did not appeale to Transneft officially but expressed such wish at the meeting with a top manager. One more source says that now it’s not technically possible to supply Tatneft’s oil in Eastern direction.
