Gazprom and Intesa Sanpaolo Group signed an agreement with 350 mln euro value

Gazprom OJSC and the Italian bank group Intesa Sanpaolo Group have signed the first 2-party credit agreement for 350 mln euro, the press service of Gazprom reports.
The agreement was signed on Jan 21st in Milan. “The cooperation of Gazprom with one of the largest EU bank groups is important for the development of partnership with the credit organizations of Italy and Europe”, is reported.
The delegation of Gazprom was headed by the deputy chairman, A. Kruglov.
