Primary crude oil processing to go down to the advantage of export

“Surgutneftegas” is about to reduce oil processing at the Kirishi oil refinery 5% and export approximately 100 thousand tons of oil instead.
The sources in the market confirm the information. An increase of oil export at weak change of production shows reduction of crude oil processing in January.
