Yatsenyuk objects to the $5 billion claim to Ukrnafta from Cyprus offshore entities.

On January 21st, 2015, A. Yatsenyuk at a meeting of the Cabinet instructed Naftogaz and the Ministry of Justice to prepare an objection to the claim of the Cypriot investors of Ukrnafta that require $5 billion of compensation for damages from the Ukraine.
Particularly, he stated that those were non-state shareholders.
At the same time Yatsenyuk asked the Cabinet to prepare changes to legislation that would affect Ukrnafta.
The State Fiscal Service of Ukraine was also instructed to collect all taxes and fees from the companies where there is a state share "including the rents".
The Cypriot Littop Enterprises, Dridgemont Ventures, Bordo Management, have really sent a request to V.Demchishin.
