Due to the difficult economic situation privatization of oil companies and banks in Russia must be postponed for a year or even a year and a half, the former Russian minister of finance Aleksey Kudrin states.
"At the peak of the fall in prices and the fall in GDP, the value of these companies is very low", - Kudrin stated.
