In autumn of 2016, Tomskneftekhim, a subsidiary of Sibur and one of the largest Russian producers of polymers - polypropylene and high pressure polyethylene, plans to complete the reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the enterprise, the press centre of the regional administration of the Tomsk region reported on Thursday.
The modernization of the plant at the Tomsk site will increase the production volume of polyethylene and polypropylene by 10.5%.
