Another debt claims have been set to Vankorneft

​Stroitransgas demands to collect the debt exceeding 1.05 bln roubles from Vankorneft, Rosneft’s affiliate.

On March 18th 2016 two claims were filed to the Arbitration Court of Krasnoyarsk.

Stroitransgas and Vankorneft signed 2 agreements for the execution of works on the construction of 2 stages of the gas compressor station of the Vankor deposit and a route oil pipeline Vankor deposit-Purpe oil pumping station at the site 0 km-75 km.

In general by the agreements signed in 2006, Stroitransgas undertook to construct 3 sites of the oil pipeline: 10-76 km, 120-162 km, 0-10 km.

The works were completed in 2012.

By the conditions of the agreement Vankorneft was to pay over 10 bln roubles for the works, however, Vankorneft paid only a part.

The debt is over 1 bln roubles.
