Rosneft accuses Minister of Natural Resources Donskoy of obvious lobbying for Lukoil

The decision on admission of private companies to the development of continental shelf and the mechanism of this admission, proposed by the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources Sergei Donskoy is blatant lobbying interests of Lukoil, official announcement of the Rosneft says.

"The idea is ​​just created for Lukoil, obscenely," - representatives of Rosneft affirm.

According to them, the current system allows you to protect the state's interests in the development of the Arctic shelf and sets clear rules for admission of private partners, both Russian and foreign.
