Anti-Russian sanctions have almost no impact on the realization of oil-and-gas projects of French Total in Russia, head of the company P.Pouyanne asserted at an international conference in Huston.
“Technically, sanctions do not have any influence. We can invest. We have problems with financing, as wee need dollars. But we work with Chinese and European banks, which can finance both in yuan and Euro,” he said.
