Galichina oil refinery complex reduced net loss by 15.4% in 2015

​The Galichina oil refinery complex (Drogobych oil refinery plant) in 2015 reduced net loss by 15.4% against 2014 to 57.474 mln grivnas.

The company’s net profit in 2015 fell by 4.5 times to 853.952 mln grivnas, gross profit made up 11.304 mln grivnas against 17.72 mln grivnas of gross loss in 2014.

The Drogobych oil refinery plant is one of 3 enterprises in the structure of Privat group at which about 40 thousand tons of technological oil of Ukrtransnafta is stored. In 2015 the enterprise rented the reservoirs at 6.40 grivnas/ton a day.

On April 13th 2016 the Supreme Court of the Ukraine rejected the cassation appeal of the Galichina oil refinery complex (Drogobych oil refinery plant) for the decision of the Kiev Court of Appeal, according to which the lease agreement of reservoirs for the storage of technological oil of Ukrtransnafta to Ukrtatnafta was proved invalid. The court canceled the decision on the collection of over 38 mln grivnas of debt and sanctions by the agreement of reservoirs lease.
