Rosneft plans to reduce its management by 20%

The reduction is planned aiming for the increase of economic efficiency of the company’s operation in the conditions of unstable market, Rosneft’s head, I. Sechin, said.
Rosneft plans to reduce the management by 20% of the level as of Jan 1st 2016.
Mr. Sechin said that in the conditions of unstable market environment Rosneft goes on the search of new sources of growth of the company’s capitalization increases economic efficiency and quality of investment program.
Such work will inevitably concern the activity of the management – we have a goal to reduce the number of personnel there by 20% of the level as of Jan 1st 2016, he said.
