Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Integrated plant suffers losses

They are counting losses at the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Integrated plant after the forced halt of the production. It was caused by an inflammation of the equipment.

The fire on the transformer has caused the termination of production and resulted in serious losses, they said in the press-service of OJSC “Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical plant”.

“The losses are mainly due to the fact that the staff still gets wages, despite the termination of production at the workshop No6, they said at the enterprise. There work about 450 highly experienced ferroalloy workers. The average size of their salary makes up about 50 thousand roubles. The enterprise bears multi-million losses, but we still save our work collective.
