Ukrtransnafta is banned pipeline

The District Administrative Court of Kiev has ordered Ukrtransnafta to suspend works on the basis of Sumy for the release of a section of the linear part of the Michurinsk – Kremenchug oil pipeline (451-479 km) from technological oil, as they are carried out without the permission of the state ecological expertise, Ukrainian oil and gas web-portal Oilnews reports.

The audit, carried out on October 17-18 of 2013, showed that works on oil displacement, which were carried out in 2009, were conducted in the absence of the project documentation and the necessary environmental impact assessment that violates the Article 15 of the Law "On Pipeline Transport".
