FAS Russia warns Gazprom

Gazprom has received a warning from FAS Russia. The reason is imposition of disadvantageous contractual terms without any economic or technological justification to a contractor.
June 18, 2015 the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) has issued a warning to “Gazprom” requiring to eliminate the signs of antimonopoly violations (paragraph 3, part 1, article 10 of the Competition Law).
