Rosneft to finance social programs of the Khabarovsk region

​The regional Governor and President of Rosneft have signed the agreement on Rosneft’s co-financing of the regional social programs.

In the framework of the cooperation agreement signed in 2009 between the regional Government and Rosneft, the “Hydro-cracking complex” project is being realized at the Komsomolsk oil refinery plant with the value of over 60 bln roubles. It aims for the rise of oil processing efficiency and fuel output that meets the European standards.

To support the company’s investment activity the regional Government runs a policy of improving the conditions of business running and stimulation of investment activity. Rosneft annually finances the realization of socio-economic programs in the region.

The volume of funds for 2015 will be determined soon.
