In January - May 2016 the indices of chemical production in Russia increased by 2.2%.

Since April the increase in production of basic chemicals in Russia shows a negative result, at the end of May the figure was 0.9%, as follows from the materials of Rosstat.
According to the Federal Service of State Statistics, last month's issue of basic chemicals fell by 0.9% in comparison with April index. Nevertheless, despite the second consecutive month of negative growth period, in January - May of this year the production of basic chemicals increased by 2.2%.
