Within first five months of this year the total production of unmixed polyvinyl chloride (PVC) in Russia decreased by 6% and amounted to 310.5 thousand tons compared to the same period of 2015. Sayanskkhimplast and Caustic (Volgograd) showed negative indicators of production growth, according to a ScanPlast report for MRC.
