Chinese company has offered Lukoil to sell it oil refinery in Romania

China Peace Petroleum Group hasoffered Lukoil to start negotiations on the sale of Lukoil’s oil refinery in Romania.
In the letter as of March 2015 the CEO of Kajel Holdings Limited, I. Epyuronu who acts on behalf of the Chinese company offers Lukoil to start negotiations on the sale of Petrotel. The representative of the oil company confirmed the fact of receiving the letter and added that the company doesn’t plan to sell the oil refinery.
A week ago the Vice-President of Lukoil, T. Muller, said about it. Mr. Epyuronu confirmed the contents of the letter and refused to comment.
