TAIF OC to be issued $600 mln by Alfa-bank for deep processing of heavy oil residue

TAIF has selected the only source of financing.
Alfa-bank JSC has issued a $600 mln loan to TAIF OC for 5 years. The financing will allow the company to complete the project on the construction of a complex of deep processing oh heavy oil residue in time, the bank reported.
TAIF group considered a few banks, including those that cooperate by the syndicated loan. The conditions offered by Alfa-bank turned out to be the most preferable. As a result the company preferred a single source of financing.
