The Armenian expert, the director of the Political Research Center of the Noravank Fund, S. Sarukhanyan says that 5 million tons of Russian oil annually means nearly nothing for Russia and Rosneft. In his opinion, if Rosneft has decided to perform a nominal transaction, then possible transporti should be viewed not in economic but political terms.
