Odessa oil refinery will achieve full processing capacity in Q4

The Odessa oil refinery, a member of VETEK, the East European Fuel and Energy Company will start oil processing at full capacity in Q4 2013, the Minister of Energy and Coal Industry of the Ukraine E. Stavitsky says. They have applied for oil transporting in Q4, have bought tankers, they will achieve the Ukrainian terminals in September, and he hopes that full capacity will be achieved in Q4.
The Cabinet of Ministers has sent the letters to the owners of Lisichany oil refinery, a member of BP-TNK swallowed up by Rosneft in 2012, about the restarting of the operation of the plant. The Lisichany oil refinery was stopped in March 2012.
