Witihn 8 months Azerbaijan exports about 5.5 billion cubic meters of gas.

In January-August 2014 Azerbaijan exported of 5 billion 475 million 504.5 thousand cubic meters of natural gas and 1 billion 465 million 087.6 thousand cubic meters of gas condensate according to the instrumentation, 1news.az informs.

During the reporting period 1 billion 324 million 589.55 thousand cubic meters of gas in the amount of $ 225 million 242.14 thousand passed the formalization according to the customs declarations.

Lets note that on September 1, 2014 the exports of gas was 4 billion 435 million 232.1 thousand cubic meters according to the instrumentation. 2 billion 200 million 422.61 thousand cubic meters of gas in the amount of $ 523 million 241.79 thousand passed the formalization according to the customs declarations. According to SCC in monetary terms the exports fell by 56.95%.
