The Board of Directors of "Gazpromneft" has approved a number of major transactions with oil transporter.
In St. Petersburg, on September 21 the Board of Directors of JSC "Gazpromneft" has unanimously approved the conclusion of a number of treaties and agreements with JSC "Transneft", according to the website of corporate information disclosure.
