Novatek and CNPC agree on terms of Yamal LNG’s gas purchase

The largest Russian independent gas producer Novatek and CNPC have signed terms of the agreement on gas purchase from the Yamal LNG project, provided for construction of a LNG plant in Yamal.
The document was signed during the visit of the Russian Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev to China by the Novatek’s Head Leonid Mikhelson and the Head of the CNPC’s Board of Directors Zhou Jiping.
