The Ukraine plans to buy 4 billion cubic meters of gas before the end of year, the EU Energy Commissioner Guenther Oettinger said at the end of tripartite negotiations of the EU-Russia-the Ukraine with the participation of the Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak and the Minister of Energy and the Coal Industry of the Ukraine, Yuri Prodan, held in the Belgian capital today.
According to him, during the next 5 days the Commission will determine how much gas can be paid for by the Ukraine.
