Government Commission on Foreign Investment may consider a deal on joining Sinopec, one of the largest petrochemical corporation in the world, to the share capital of Sibur, the largest petrochemical company in Russia and Eastern Europe, during the next month, the head of the Federal Antimonopoly Service Igor Artemyev told reporters.
