In 2013, Bashneft extracted 16.073 million tons or 117,333 barrels of oil, by 4.1% more than in 2012. Last year average daily production was 44,000 tons or 321,200 barrels.
The President of the company, A. Korsik says that last year the company was the Russian leader in the rate of growth in annual production in the oil sector. The result was achieved at the expense of growth in production in the main operation region, Bashkiria, and because of the premature start of oil production from the deposits of Trebs and Titov in the Nenets autonomous area.
In Q4, Bashneft extracted 4.173 million tons of oil by 6.8% more than in Q4 2012. Average daily production was 45,400 tons or 331,400 barrels, the best result since 1995.
