“Transneft” suggests oil refineries to use oil supply route via Skovorodino so far

“Transneft” has offered two oil processing plants from the Far East, Khabarovskaya (NNK) and Komsomolskaya (Rosneft) to use the opportunities of the rail road terminal in Skovorodino (Amur region) for the supply of oil during the period when there constructed branches from the ESPO pipeline to the plants. Vice-president of the company S.Andronov stated at a press-conference in Khabarovsk. To date, Skovorodino is filled by 1.5-2 million tons of oil a year.
