Russia invited for meeting in Qatar to discuss oil production freezing

Russia has received an official invitation to a meeting of OPEC and non-OPEC countries to participate in the discussion of the oil production freezing in Qatar. This was reported by the Russian Ministry of Energy on March 22, 2016.
